A step by step guide

The initial investment

Your initial investment gives you the licensed rights to operate one or more Halifax Estate Agents branches. You will be investing in each branch licence, agreed training and the fit-out of each branch to Halifax standards.

Getting started

We will support you during the key stages of setting up and running your Halifax Estate Agents Branch Licence. This includes organising finance and structuring your repayments, as well as training and on-going support for you and your team.

Ongoing support

Licensed branches enjoy the continuing support of the central Branch Licensing Team, a dedicated local Business Account Manager and the support of central business functions in Halifax. Everything is geared to help you make the most of your licence.

Day-to-day operations

During your initial training you will be made aware of the operating procedures and standards to make sure you get the very best from your licensed business. You will be kept up to date of any changes to products and procedures and can access the operating guidelines online via the Halifax Estate Agents intranet system.

Financial services sales

Your business will become an Introducer Appointed Representative of Halifax regulated mortgage, general insurance and long-term sales products.

A key part of your business will be the commissions you earn from the referral of leads for these products. All Mortgage and Banking Advisers are employed by us.
